In the South American BBQ class, you'll discover the secrets behind a successful churrasco or charcoal BBQ. You'll master the skills of solid fuel and charcoal cooking, slow cooking on skewers, and experience the joy of crafting sumptuous South American BBQ dishes. These dishes are filled with Brazilian, Argentinian, and Peruvian influences that you will absolutely love.

The class demystifies the techniques for achieving succulent, melt-in-the-mouth meat in every BBQ session. Learn the significance of rubs, marinades, and condiments that contribute to the deep, rich flavours of BBQ dishes. At the end of the class, you'll get to savour your culinary creations under the friendly tutelage of a seasoned chef.

You'll feast on a variety of South American dishes, such as Chilean grilled fish wrapped in banana leaf with a kick of chilli and lime, Argentinian carne asada with chimichurri, Brazilian picanha (beef rump cap), traditional Brazilian farofa and vinaigrette, and Peruvian potato salad and huancaina.
