For the die-hards, get a taste of the Red Bull Air Race in Sydney and experience neck numbing aerobatics at their most extreme level.

  • A neck numbing, adrenaline experience inducing a roller coaster of thrills at up to 410kph
  • Not for the faint-hearted
  • A taste of the extreme G-Forces from 8G to -4G that pilots experience
  • This is the most extreme aerobatic experience around
  • Includes experience gift pack with personalised voucher and message card

A featured aircraft in the Red Bull Air Race, the Extra Aircraft Stunt Plane has a top speed of 410 km/h, a climb rate of 2000 feet per minute and a staggering roll rate of 360 degrees per second. It is rated to a neck-numbing positive 8 Gs and negative 4 Gs!

And if that isn't enough, this is no ordinary Extra. Nicholas Ivanov, fondly named 'The Quick Corsican', won the Perth 2007 leg in this Extra 300SRaircraft.

After a briefing with your pilot, strap in and prepare to get airborne. Listen in to air traffic control as your pilot prepares for take-off. Then, the real fun begins.

Heading west towards the foothills of the Great Dividing Range, you soon reach St Marys - the designated training area where you climb to a dizzy 3500 ft - 4000 ft.

Once you're comfortable with the basic aerobatics, hold on tight as the pilot shows you what this aircraft is capable of. You'll experience a sequence of manoeuvres that will test your limits.

This flight is not for the faint-hearted, with G forces of anywhere between positive 8G and negative 4G, alternatively being pushed into your seat or pulled hard against your harness. The large bubble canopy will give you unrivalled, uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape.

This is the most extreme aerobatic experience around. After your neck-numbing, adrenaline-flooding aerial ballet, you'll head back to Bankstown, landing back. You'll be hard-pressed to stop smiling for the rest of the day.
